The annual contribution limit is £4,000 and the maximum annual government bonus is £1,000.
A qualifying LISA first-home withdrawal must also be for a property costing no more than £450,000. If this condition is not met, this tool does not add a bonus.
Lifetime ISA checks before using the result
A Lifetime ISA can be used towards a first home or later life. You can contribute up to £4,000 a year until age 50 and receive a 25% bonus. The rules are detailed, so this calculator does not determine every condition.
- The first LISA payment must have been made before age 40.
- For a first-home withdrawal, the property price must not exceed £450,000.
- Confirm the account-open period and all buyer eligibility rules with your provider before exchange.
- Use the Property Tax Calculator to plan SDLT, LBTT or LTT separately.
